Events are the heart of SYRAKUS. This is where all information comes together: venues, crew, performers, and schedules.
Creating Your First Event
- Access Events: Navigate to Events within your organisation.
- Add Event: Click on Create event.
- Set Basics: Give the event a Title and a Subtitle. Choose the initial Visibility.
- Define Schedule: Set the key times:
- Start Internal / End Internal: When do preparations begin, and when is everything wrapped up?
- Door time: When do guests have access?
- Closing time: The official end of the event.
- Add Details: After saving, you can add a Description and upload an appealing Cover image on the event’s overview page.
- Book Venue: Click on Book venue to assign a previously created venue and the corresponding zones.
Status and Visibility
You can control who can see your event:
- Status: Events can be in Draft, Scheduled, or Published status.
- Visibility: Visible according to the selected settings (Public, Internal, or Private via link).
Once your event is created, you can begin detailed crew planning and performer management.
